The Hook-A-Barra Kitchen brings our paddock-to-plate story to life. Open every day you can taste award-winning Daintree Saltwater Barramundi, grown and served right here on the farm. This is as good as it gets, fresh, local and uncomplicated where the hero is the Barramundi. We’ve got fresh fish and chips and banging barra burgers, or ask us about a tasting board so you can sample a little of everything. Note, if you book a Gourmet Farm Tour or Farm and Fishing Combo Tour a tasting platter is included.

Our fish is fantastic. It’s fresh from the Daintree Saltwater Barramundi Farm which has won over 20 Gold, Silver and Bronze medals at the prestigious Sydney Royal Fine Food Show over the last 10 years, including 12 Golds and 5 Championships. Dining at our cafe is accessible and inclusive, with ramps for access and undercover seating on the breezy deck. Eat it here or buy and take prepared fillets home on ice, so you can cook to your preference. Come for the fishing. Stay for lunch. Or just drop in for a taste of the Daintree.
